COMMISSION INFO

COMMISSION PROCESS

1) You contact me using the Request Form. I can ask clarifying questions.Full payment upfront before First update for new clients. If we have already worked before - full payment after approval of First update.2) First Update: Sketch
I'll make a sketch. Together we find the best pose and the perfect angle view for idea. If I got the initial idea wrong, I can make more sketches. Additional sketches due to reasons on your part - for an additional fee.
3) Second Update: Flat color
I do the line and base color. At this stage, any edits can be made, including adding missing details or changing the position of body parts, changing proportions and shapes.
4) Final Update: Render
After Flat Color is approved, I render, add effects and simple background. At this stage, there may be minor edits, such as color change, adding missing details or correction of proportions and shapes. After the final version is approved, I send you the original image.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these before contacting me for a commission, it’s assumed you agree with everything below on the moment you make the payment.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me via Twitter(X), Bluesky or email: [email protected]I'm drawing only adult characters, so I reserve the right to refuse a request if the character is looks questionable age. By offering a commission, you confirm that you are adult too.After beginning your commission, I can do an additional sketch for an additional fee or for free if the misunderstanding was on my part.
If you don't have a clear idea and want to give creative freedom, at least give a direction.

Payment

Full payment upfront - PayPal invoices. If we have already worked before - full payment after approval of First update.
In the case of a valid reason, it can be half prepaid and the remaining half after the First update.

Time frame

It takes 3-14 days to complete the commission. You must understand that you are in the queue and it can take a more then month from the moment the sketch is approved to the final, but not more then two months.
For an extra fee, I can move you up in priority.

Cancellations and Refunds

I reserve the right to cancel/terminate a commission at any time I see fit or refuse working for any person at any time – the motives for cancellation include (but are not limited to): poor communication, inability to cooperate and inappropriate behavior.After the payment has been made, a full refund will only be given for a good reason, like example a case in which the commission cannot be completed due to my fault. Other than that, if a refund needs to happen, I will return an approximation relative to the work done for the client (I will account for time spent on the commission). If work hasn’t progressed further than a sketch, I’ll only deduct a minor fee.There will be no refunds once the work has been completed.
